Acceptable use

These rules apply to anything you post or send inside Fingene, including community features when they are enabled.

What is not allowed

• No investment advice, tips or “sure” returns for other users. It is unlawful without registration and it is the very harm we exist to reduce.
• No promoting schemes, referral links, loans, trading groups or paid tips. Fingene is not a marketplace.
• No harassment, abuse, hate speech, sexual content or threats.
• No sharing anyone else’s personal or financial information, and no impersonation.
• No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering or security probing.
• No content encouraging self-harm or financial self-destruction.

What happens if rules are broken

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Report anything concerning to support@thefingene.com. We review reports within 48 hours and act sooner where there is risk of harm.
